Cancellation Policy

Once booked, we reserve dedicated time in our schedule for you. We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the provided links in the event invitation email or contact us via email at hello@stubblefielddc.com, text at (336) 743-0043, or call our office at (336) 743-0043. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the appointment amount.

 

No-Show Policy

Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a no-show fee.

• No-shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the appointment amount.

• No-shows may result in having to prepay for future services

• No-shows may lead to an inability to book future appointments.

 

Late/Tardy Policy

We understand delays can happen. However, we will not move forward with your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. We cannot deprive the next person of their appointment. We may decide to treat tardiness as a late cancellation and apply the applicable cancellation fee. This ensures we can provide the best service to you and our other clients.

 

Reminder Emails and Texts

As a courtesy, we email and/or text reminders 3 days, 24 hours, and 1 hour prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

 

Exceptions

We recognize emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Exceptions to our policy are made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
